What does Lykke & Lumen mean?

Lykke means happiness in Danish. Lumen means light.
Together, they reflect our mission: bringing calm and light into everyday life.

What are your candles made from?

Our candles are crafted using natural soy wax, chosen for its clean, even burn and gentle glow. Each fragrance is thoughtfully curated to create a soft, atmospheric presence in your home.

Our pillar candle refills are made from a blend of coconut and rapeseed wax — a beautifully sustainable combination that offers a smooth finish and a clean, long-lasting burn.

How long do your candles burn?

40+ hours.
For best results, trim the wick before each burn and allow the wax to melt fully across the surface the first time you light it. We recommend first burn should be 2-4 hours.

How long do diffusers last?

Our Soft space Diffusers typically last 12 weeks, depending on room size and airflow.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the UK. Shipping to EU countries will follow as we grow.

Can I return my order?

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened candles, diffusers, or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
