During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Seasonal Closures

As a small, independent business, Lykke & Lumen pauses operations during select holiday periods each year to allow for rest and renewal.

Any upcoming closure dates will be clearly communicated on our website in advance. Orders placed during these periods will be processed when we reopen.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and EU

Shipping times vary depending on your chosen delivery method and location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where available.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

We aim to minimise excess packaging while ensuring your products arrive safely and beautifully.

For our skincare collection, we have consciously chosen not to use outer cartons. By removing unnecessary secondary packaging, we reduce waste while maintaining product integrity.
