Crafted in a navy leaf linen and cotton blend, this handmade wheat heat wrap combines natural materials with everyday comfort. Its long, narrow shape is designed to gently contour the body, delivering soothing warmth exactly where it’s needed.

Filled with English wheat and available either unscented or infused with lavender buds, it helps ease tension, soften aches and create a sense of calm.

Ideal for draping across the shoulders, wrapping around the neck, or placing along the lower back, it offers a natural way to restore balance and comfort. When cooled, it can also be used to calm sprains or inflammation.

Warming Ritual

Place the wheat wrap in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable and heat for 1½–2 minutes at 500–1000 watts. Ensure heat is evenly distributed before use.

For cooling relief, place in the fridge or freezer before applying to the desired area.
