Warming Ritual
Place the wheat bag in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable and heat for 1½–2 minutes at 500–1000 watts. Always ensure the bag is evenly heated before use.
For cooling relief, place in the freezer for up to 1 hour before applying to the desired area.
